Mr. Kalejaiye Musa OlamilekanPresident

Mr. Kalejaiye Musa Olamilekan (fondly referred to as "Kalex"), serves as the President and number one member of The Tax Club. He is a 500 level student of Common and Islamic Law, University of Ilorin and he also serves as the Attorney General of the Students' Union, University of Ilorin.

  • Is The Tax Club, Unilorin the first in Nigeria?

    No. We are not the first of its kind. Tax Clubs are originally a brainchild of eminent of tax, Professor Abiola Sanni. And the first tax Club in Nigeria is The Tax Club, University of Lagos.

  • Is joining tax club difficult?

    No. Becoming a part of us is simple but only requires discipline and commitment in line with professional standards. All you need to do is to comply with our application guidelines for the academic session. The guidelines vary slightly from session to session but nevertheless not difficult. To know more about our guidelines, send a mail to unilorintaxclub@gmail.com.

  • What's the benefit of a partnership with the tax club?

    We offer a platform for massive outreach to students not only in Kwara state but to the entire North Central geopolitical zone of the country. Also, we are committed to lending a voice to recommending solutions to tax issues. And we equally provide avenue for public outreach and awareness on taxation.

  • What do I stand to gain as member of the club?

    Apart from knowledge of taxation, you will be equipped with preparatory knowledge of professional ethics and career exposure. And you have an avenue to not only contribute to the Nigerian tax space but to also help the public in getting aware of their tax obligations.
